We manufacture Column & Boom for welding machines. Unique design of crossbeam and vertical column, the guide track is made of steel & beam strength released after welding and it is planned and burnished as a finished product. It has high boom lifting speed & covers a wide range of turning degree.

* Horizontal stroke ranges from 3000mm to 6000mm

We manufacture Welding Positioner that is a kind of deflection machine with the functions of upset and gyration, which can put the welds on the best position.

Light Duty Series

Ideally suitable for small jobs in the range of 50kg to 150kg.

Designed to give accuracy and precision.


Job can be tilted any side for convenient operation.

Face plate rotates with variable speed.

Available with optional accessories like torch stand, foot switch and pendent
 

Medium & Heavy Duty Series

Covers wide range of jobs starting from 250kgs to 30000kgs. Designed and Manufactured for trouble free and easy operation.

Fabricated with heavy sections which avoids defection under loaded conditions resulting in vibration free and smooth operation.

Anti-fall arrangement for face plates gives additional safety to work environment

Positive locking tilting arrangement with instant braking arrangement ensures safety and accurate positioning.

Rotary drive unit with AC Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) provides steplessely variable speed from 0.1 to I rpm for face plate.

Earthing Arrangement with wear compensation gives uninterrupted Welding operation

Tilting Arrangement from horizontal 0 to 135 towards job side.
