DEVELOPMENT

We are experts in developing custom-built robotic systems, and each system that we develop varies from case to case, as per the customer's requirement. We have developed systems to cater to the needs of a wide variety of manufacturers-of Automotive components, FMCG goods, Electrical/Electronics Components, etc..

We use modular units that we have already developed, or we develop the solutions, right from scratch when standard designs are not suitable.

Since each system is custom-built, a lot of development effort is involved. We have a unique methodology of development, which helps us to succeed in developing systems right, at the first attempt. It is this methodology that we have developed and nurtured over the years, that assures the expected results.

To begin with we make a detailed situation study of the application at the customers' site. This enables us to gain a thorough first hand knowledge about the process, the components involved, the machineries with which we have to interface, and layout considerations. Based on inputs from this detailed situation study, we prepare a Users Requirement, which clearly lists and describes each aspect, the constraints, and the technical details of the application. This User Requirement when approved by the customer, becomes the cornerstone of the design process.

Upon completion of design, the designs are sent for manufacturing and then assembled in-house to make sub-systems. These sub-systems undergo tests to confirm that they meet the requirements specified by the design team. After this stage, and after corrections and modifications, if any, are complete, these sub-systems are assembled into the complete system. Again, this complete system is tested and any corrections made, if required, to see that it's functionally suitable. Once the Test phase is complete the system enters into the Trial phase when it is run in conditions as close to the application situation, as we are able to simulate using mock setups, with the actual components, etc.. The components after processing by our system are again sent to the customer for inspection to ensure that no unacceptable damage has been made to the component and that the assembly meets their quality standards.

This rigorous development process has been proven over the years to deliver results in the form of systems that can be developed fast and which work reliably at many customers' sites.
