Load Balancers

Kali SRP offers a new Zero Weight Load Handling Device for lifting / lowering heavier components with minimal physical efforts. The complex pneumatic circuit allows manual lifting and lowering of heavy components where the load is balanced by this unique pneumatic balancing unit.
The Zero Load Handling Unit, is used to hold suspended loads against the force of gravity. The suspend load can be lifted, lowered or moved along with lesser effort as the Counter Balancing Unit transmits all the load to itself allowing the mobility of the heavy component with lesser manual efforts. This avoids the need for severe physical effort in lifting and lowering heavier components.
The Zero Load Handling Unit has a Mechanical Gripper Unit, which holds the component to be handled with minimal effort. The Gripper Unit is connected to a Linear Actuator Module (Lam) which allows the horizontal movement of the component. The Gripper is counter balanced by means of a Load Balancing Unit, by means of cable routed through multiple rollers. The Load Balancing Unit acts as a counter weight balancing the component while it is lifted and lowered.
The component has to be manually presented to the Gripper and the Mechanical Gripper has to be closed by a lever. The Gripper now holds the components and it can be raised, lowered or moved along with the component
The Load Balancing Unit is a pneumatic actuator, which gets actuated back and forward depending on the load transmitted through the cable. The operator can raise, lower, and move the component with minimal physical effort. It can be employed for transporting the components to short distance, for lifting the components to load onto a machine tool, or unloading it onto the trolley with ease and comfort. This reduces the manual fatigue in handling heavy components.
