MACHINE TOOL LOADING AND UNLOADING
Our Pick and Place Systems are high precision, high speed, proven, pneumatic systems, with 3 degrees of freedom. It has a vertical lifter and horizontal feed capabilities. The weight, nature and shape of the component determine the gripper choice. It could be Electro-magnetic, Vacuum, Mechanical, or even Composite grippers (a combination of the above). Our Pick and Place Systems can be used to feed components into machine tools, like Presses, Milling Machine, Gear Hobbing Machines etc..

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM: Microprocessor based with complete annunciation features. ORIENTATION UNIT: To orient the Hot components dumped into the Bin. GRIPPER: To hold the component during transfer and to hold it in the die during pressing. END EFFECTOR: To lift and lower the gripper unit. UNLOADER UNIT: To receive the pressed component. LAM: For horizontal motion of Gripper. LIFTER UNIT: To lift and orient the component to be fed. Loading Gripper - To load a fresh component.
