SWEEPER UNIT: To check if the pressed component is unloaded. BIN: To load Hot Components in any orientation. LOADING PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: To load components at 800°C, into the Press Tool. UNLOADING PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: To unload the pressed component from a 200 Ton press. PRESS TOOL: For Hot Forging application. ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM: Microprocessor based with complete annunciation features. ORIENTATION UNIT: To orient the Hot components dumped into the Bin.
