VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDER (VBF): To orient and feed the grease nipple bodies. PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: To load the grease nipple bodies onto the Rotary Table. ROTARY TABLE: 8 Station pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table with twin mandrel configuration. BALL FEEDER: To feed balls of 2 mm diameter with sensing facility. SPRING FEEDER: To orient and feed conical springs. FASTENING UNIT: To screw the conical spring into the grease nipple body. SPRING INSPECTION UNIT: To inspect the insertion of the spring into the body. UNLOADER UNIT: To unload the assembled units.
