ROTARY TABLE: Pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table with 8 stations of twin mandrel configuration. MANDRELS: To receive the components to be assembled. PRESS UNIT: To press and unitise all the components of the assembly. UNLOADER UNIT: To eject the assembled components. LINEAR CHUTE: To feed the components to be assembled. ORIENTATION UNIT: To align and orient the flimsy electrical contact. CRIMPING UNIT: To crimp and lock the assembly. INSPECTION UNIT: To check the crimping strength. CRIMPING CYLINDER: Cylinders to apply the crimping force.
