ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS
Our Assembly Systems use various modular units like Pick and Place Systems to assemble components. The components are fed through feeder units (like Vibratory Bowl Feeders, Linear Vibratory Feeders, Hopper Magazine, Indexing Conveyor etc.). The assemblies are carried out on the Indexing Rotary Table, which indexes from station to station receiving components for the assembly. The Assembly System may also have special units like Tapping Units, Online Crimping Unit, Fastening Units, etc.. The assembly is sometimes carried out also on Linear Indexing Hoppers and fixed stations, where the Pick and Place Units transfer the components from one station to the next. Assembly of any number of components can be done using multiple tables, with primary assembly being done on different tables, and then being transferred to the main assemblies table, where the final assembly is done.

VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDER (VBF): To orient and feed components. GRIPPER: A double gripper arrangement to load 2 components simultaneously. PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: For loading the components. ROTARY TABLE: Pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table with 8 stations of twin mandrel configuration. MANDRELS: To receive the components to be assembled. PRESS UNIT: To press and unitise all the components of the assembly. UNLOADER UNIT: To eject the assembled components. LINEAR CHUTE: To feed the components to be assembled. ORIENTATION UNIT: To align and orient the flimsy electrical contact. CRIMPING UNIT: To crimp and lock the assembly. INSPECTION UNIT: To check the crimping strength. CRIMPING CYLINDER: Cylinders to apply the crimping force. Carbon Seal Hopper - To feed the carbon seal Pick and Place System for Carbon Steel Pick and Place System for Spring Bellow Rotary Table - To transfer the components through successive stations. Transfer Pick and Place System Pick and Place System for Sintered Iron Ring Assembled Component Pneumatic Crimping Unit - To crimp and lock the assembly Pick and Place System for Cup Sintered Iron Ring Hopper - To feed the Sintered Iron Ring Sub Rotary Table - For sub assembly preparation Cup Vibratory Bowl Feeder - To feed the Cup. ROTARY TABLE: 8 Station pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table with twin mandrel configuration. BALL FEEDER: To feed balls of 2 mm diameter with sensing facility. SPRING FEEDER: To orient and feed conical springs. FASTENING UNIT: To screw the conical spring into the grease nipple body. SPRING INSPECTION UNIT: To inspect the insertion of the spring into the body. UNLOADER UNIT: To unload the assembled units. ROTARY TABLE: Rotary Indexing Table with 8 station mandrels to receive the components. TAPPING UNIT: For pressing the components to be assembled. UNLOADER UNIT: To unload the assembled units. TWIN MANDRELS: To load both cap and the container assembly. CONTROL SYSTEM: Microprocessor based Electronic Control System. ROTARY TABLE: Pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table with 12 stations and an 8 cavity mandrel at each station. MANDRELS: To load the components for assembly. UNLOADING PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: To unload the assembled units. INSPECTION UNIT: To inspect the depth of insertion in the assembled components. TAPPING UNIT: To press and latch the components to be assembled. FASTENING UNIT: To screw the piston inside the body of the deodorant stick. ROTATOR UNIT: Rotary Pneumatic Drive. Rotary Table - To transfer components to the pick position. Gripper-1 - To transfer between stations 1 & 2 Gripper-2- To transfer between stations 2 & 3 Gripper-3- To transfer between stations 3 & 4 LAM - For horizontal transfer End Effector - For lifting and lowering Tapping Unit - To Press and Insert. ROTARY TABLE: 8 Station pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table. PICK AND PLACE SYSTEM: To load the bottles. UNSCRAMBLER UNIT: To feed the bottles. MANDREL: To receive the bottles to be filled. TAPPING UNIT: To unitise the wick assembly with the bottle. FASTENING UNIT: To screw the cap with the body.
