ROTARY TABLES

	Kali SRP offers a unique Rotary Table with Indexing facilities with a minimum of 4 indexing stations to a maximum of 24 stations based on the requirement. The Rotary Indexing Table comes with an Indexing unit, with a top plate made of white hard-anodized Aluminum. This can be used for assembly operations, multiple machining heads etc. It stops with an accuracy of 10 microns with cushioning facilities. The top plate can be used according to the end users requirement as a worktable for his application. It has a base support structure on which the table is mounted.
The Rotary Indexing Table can be used to transfer an assembly through successive stations and for carrying out operations at any given station. This pneumatic indexing unit have a speed adjustment facility in addition to a variable hydraulic cushioning unit. The unit will be mounted on a central support structure and every indexing will be monitored through a sensing device. These Rotary Indexing Tables can be developed for any load conditions, as per the customer's requirement.
