Higher Levels of utilization of machines
	Higher levels of utilization of machines that are expensive and represent a significant investment thereby reducing capital cost per unit produced. Example: Rs. 25 lakhs testing equipment with a cycle time of 6 seconds was able to test 2800 components in 1 shift. Introducing a Mechatron® Pick and Place System increased the throughput to 4000 per shift.
Higher levels of productivity per person
	Higher levels of productivity per person enabling the best use of your workers in quality, supervision and other such value added tasks, rather than mundane and repetitive component handling. The manufacturing of 18,000 assemblies per day which was being done with 38 people, is now being done on our assembly station with only 3 people per shift. This allows the operators to concentrate more on the visual inspection of the finished assembly.
Consistency in quality
	Consistency in quality by eliminating the possibility of worker fatigue causing improper loading/unloading of a part. Example: In a cold forging application improper manual loading (not resting firmly against the stopper) was leading to a 1.7% rejection. This was brought down to almost Zero with the introduction of a Pick and Place System.
Consistency in production
	Consistency in production throughout the day, by ensuring that the feeding systems speed determines the production and not the worker. Example: A double component loading Pick & Place System has increased the production output from a crimping machine to 9,600/- per day from a manual production of 3000-7000 per day (with an average of 5000 per day) almost doubling the output from the same crimping machine. Further a single operator can handle 3 such machines.
